You will see and hear actual interviews and how powerful strategies and skills are used.

We conduct individual or group sessions with adjusters or SIU professionals.  Role play sessions and live recorded statements can be conducted and recommendations made to assist with interview skills.  Learn to be more effective by developing an interview edge.

We use statement analysis to evaluate adjusters and SIU professionals to determine where they need assistance conducting interviews or recorded statements.

Exposure is reduced by training adjusters and SIU professionals the indicators of fraud. When these deceptive or fraudulent indicators are recognized early in the claim, the adjusters or SIU professionals are able to initiate action very early, in many cases, before the claim is accepted. This eliminates exposure created by costly payments to the claimants or extensive medical bills.
